Customer Service Executive (Online Shop Operations)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up sales orders and telephone enquiries with good telephone manner and professional answering skills
  • Provide administrative support on daily online shop operations, stock checking, courier and delivery arrangement.
  • Provide clerical and follow-up documentation related to sales, operation and customer service
  • Handle the renewal of maintenance service plans with customers and explore new opportunities
  • Support marketing activities
  • Assist with product presentations & events

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Be proficient in spoken and written Chinese. Fluency in English is an advantage
  • Strong organization skills
  • Be proficient in PC operations, such as MS Word and Excel. Knowledge in E-Commerce, Shopify is an advantage 
  • Good inter-personal skills and team player
